Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation through completion.
  • •Coordinate subcontractors and manage receiving and reconnecting lab equipment.
  • •Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, milestones, and lookaheads; monitor progress and escalate risks or delays.
  • •Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and other required reporting; maintain project documentation and communication records.
  • •Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; facilitate project meetings and track action items to closure.
