•Lead strategic planning and market growth initiatives for IA Greater China, including defining growth strategies and operational plans across business units
•Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and demand forecasting to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities
•Develop and implement go-to-market strategy, value proposition, and market sizing to drive revenue and market share
•Coach, develop, and manage a high-performance marketing team to improve capabilities and outcomes
•Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of strategic plans and delivery of results across key accounts and markets

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
•15+ years of experience in strategy, marketing management, commercial excellence or business development
•Operational experience beyond strategy in B2B sales/marketing and client-facing roles
•Minimum 10 years of experience leading people
•Ability to influence peers and leadership and manage multiple stakeholders
