Key Responsibilities

•Managing, reviewing and negotiating Letters of Credit in full compliance with UCP 600 to ensure timely and secure payment.
•Maintaining strong bank relationships to support escalation, negotiation and issuance of LCs, Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit.
•Preparing and managing all Trade Finance documentation through Trade Technologies, GTC Komgo and internal systems for accurate reporting.
•Collaborating with Sales, Customer Care, Risk, C2C and Business Leaders to align LC terms, assess country risks and recommend effective financial solutions.
•Providing alternative Trade Finance structures when LCs cannot be agreed, ensuring Honeywell maintains minimal payment exposure.

•3+ years of Treasury, Trade Finance or Finance operations experience.
•Direct hands-on experience managing Letters of Credit from beneficiary side through payment receipt.

•Strong communication, collaboration and ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
