Key Responsibilities

  • •Record service job documentation and project costs, including materials, timesheets, labor hour allocation, and daily reports; initiate invoicing for completed work.
  • •Prepare payroll documentation while managing technician applied and unapplied time; coordinate service billing processing based on identified project costs.
  • •Generate, interpret, and print assigned reports; validate cost to date and reconcile project data in business systems.
  • •Monitor account receivables invoicing status; review, investigate, and help resolve billing disputes in coordination with internal teams and customers.
  • •Coordinate invoicing process details (format/layout/attachments/mailing) with Shared Financial Services and review billing backlog with Service Managers, HVAC field technicians, customers, and Trane claims as needed.
