Key Responsibilities

•Manage complex customer issues and share technical expertise to ensure timely, accurate solutions.
•Engage with customers via virtual meetings, chat, and email to manage expectations, set priorities and resolve technical issues.
•Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and help identify new features and functions.
•Troubleshoot configuration and networking issues related to the Boomi platform.
•Communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and share recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Experience troubleshooting customer issues and delivering timely, accurate solutions.
•Ability to read, write, and interpret multiple programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, React, Groovy, JavaScript).
•Windows and Linux OS experience; cloud-based software installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
•Ability to analyze error logs for Java programs, Windows OS, and Linux OS; eager to continue learning.
