Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage credit event processes (underwritings, refinancings, and amendments) within the portfolio, including due diligence, credit approval, and legal review coordination.
  • •Create and use analytical financial models, including projections, discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, valuation, and analysis of historical and projected cash flows.
  • •Conduct research and analysis on companies, industries, and transactions to support client activities and risk mitigation strategies.
  • •Independently manage a smaller client portfolio under oversight, focused on participations and investment-grade clients, while supporting more complex transactions.
  • •Maintain quarterly risk ratings ownership and timely annual reviews/underwritings/amendments; support leadership through projects and mentor analysts and summer interns.

Key Requirements
