Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract)

Coordinate end-to-end interview logistics to deliver a seamless, candidate-centric recruitment experience. Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule interviews, manage calendars and confirmations, and resolve scheduling or process issues in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Serve as the primary candidate point of contact with timely communication, and ensure recruiting activities are accurately documented in recruiting systems while representing Visa as a brand ambassador.
