Key Responsibilities

•Plan and supervise Inventory and Quality area activities with a focus on inventory accuracy and productivity metrics, ensuring processes align with regional and central strategy.
•Analyze results and inform the team and management, providing solutions to support operational sustainability and act as guardian of the Quality Policy.
•Ensure stock controls are maintained and continuously improved per service level agreements, managing transit and in-transit stock and minimizing losses.
•Facilitate collaboration with Inbound and Outbound teams to identify deviations and implement action plans with performance monitoring.
•Guarantee stock occupancy optimization with Inbound/Outbound areas, supervising audits and task execution related to stock movements and divergences.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related field.
•Experience managing Distribution Centers and inventory operations, preferably in consumer goods like supermarkets.
•Spanish language proficiency is desirable.
•Proficiency with SQL, WMS, Power BI, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, and stock movements by entry date or expiry and Kanban.
•Ability to work on-site in Araçariguama/SP from Monday to Friday with flexible shifts.
