Reconditioning Operations Coordinator

Coordinate post-employment onboarding and day-one support for new hires at the Inspection Center, including I-9 verification, orientation logistics, and maintaining rosters and schedules. Lead communication and onsite engagement activities for operations initiatives, events, and employee engagement. Partner with leadership, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners, including on-site vendor directions and access, while handling other assigned duties.
