Job Summary

CAD Designer to develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for data center and AI infrastructure projects. You’ll produce build-ready drawings, collaborate with engineers and project managers, maintain document control, and perform field verification to ensure accuracy across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD/BIM software
•Create layouts and schematics for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and structural systems in data center environments
•Collaborate with engineers and project managers to incorporate design changes and ensure accuracy
•Produce construction documents, as-built drawings, and installation details
•Manage drawing revisions, version control, and documentation standards

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional CAD design experience, preferably in industrial, data center, or mission-critical facilities.
•Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
•Associate degree or higher in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical documentation
•Experience with BIM 360, Navisworks, or other coordination tools
