Principal Commercial Officer

Own the end-to-end commercial contracting lifecycle, including reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and finalising contracts and commercial agreements with customers and suppliers. Provide contract management support across administration, managing change, configuration, and closure. Build strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships, represent the business in senior management forums, and mentor junior team members within a cross-functional Commercial team supporting bids and negotiations.
