Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with clients to collect and update employee benefit plan details.
  • •Understand benefit plan types (retirement, health & wellness, time off/licensing, and other work-life benefits).
  • •Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through thorough review and cross-verification.
  • •Enter and maintain benefit program data in Aon systems (Bix/BSS) and use Aon systems to develop benefit element values.
  • •Generate reports from Aon tools in response to internal and external client requests, executing and manipulating reports, queries, and Excel spreadsheets.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • •University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or another related quantitative field.
  • •Strong technical and analytical skills with experience handling complex financial/actuarial/quantitative information.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn new tools and systems (e.g., ProVal and other actuarial/administrative systems).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
