Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs; convert window shoppers into buyers; promote the loyalty program; follow the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank); stay informed about brands to cross-sell
•Maintain attractive product displays and adhere to VM guidelines; manage stock and inventory records; upsell and cross-sell to increase sales
•Efficiently operate the POS system for billing and transactions; balance cash tills; process payments; issue receipts and refunds
•Replenish and re-merchandise stock to ensure product availability; communicate promotions and inventory knowledge to customers
•Maintain store security and adherence to loss prevention policies; ensure stock replenishment and accurate stock levels

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and effective communication and interpersonal skills; previous sales experience preferred; strong customer service orientation; knowledge of product features and benefits; ability to work extended hours during peak periods
