Lead and deliver complex PLM and CAD software development programs at the Santa Clara campus. Drive engineering design business process development and support digital transformation, managing scope, timeline, and budget while tracking execution and compliance metrics. Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to improve automation and productivity, manage risks, and mentor project managers as a subject-matter expert in program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with engineering and product development leadership to identify automation and business process solutions improving engineering productivity and design quality.
•Ensure project/program execution meets established scope, timeline, and budget guardrails; track execution and compliance metrics and provide stakeholder status and feedback.
•Manage project planning, execution, staffing coordination with resource management, and resolve staffing issues as needed.
•Manage project risks by identifying, evaluating, and addressing risks in line with established guidelines and conduct quality reviews for documentation and solutions.
•Ensure compliance to project financial processes, including reporting and escalation; mentor and train PMs as a subject matter expert in project management.

Salary: USD 163,000 - 224,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in program/project management within a technology company.
•Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and CAD applications, including Teamcenter/Windchill and UG NX/Solidworks/Inventor/Creo.
•Knowledge of product development applications and business processes such as PLM, systems engineering (MBSE), Model Based Enterprise (MBE), and Model Based Design (MBD).
•Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and maintaining strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
•Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project; PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
