Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end procurement for Persona’s most significant product, infrastructure, and data partnership contracts.
  • •Lead commercial and legal negotiations to secure pricing, SLAs, and risk protections for high-value agreements.
  • •Partner with Legal to review contracts and manage vendor redlines.
  • •Build and maintain internal vendor tracking systems, and evaluate vendor pricing, performance, and opportunities to optimize spend.
  • •Partner with Finance on annual third-party spend budgets, track actuals vs. forecasts, and manage the renewal calendar.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, ideally in a technology, SaaS, or data-heavy environment.
  • •Track record of leading and closing high-value, complex contracts (infrastructure, data, or platform agreements).
  • •Strong financial acumen, including budget tracking, cost modeling, and spend optimization.
  • •Excellent negotiation skills, including the ability to structure deals that work for both Persona and vendors.
  • •Comfort operating with executive and technical stakeholders while translating technical requirements into procurement strategy.
