Job Summary

Join a global insurance due diligence practice in a cross-country M&A advisory role. Support project management for due diligence projects, coordinate with clients, insurers and advisors, and develop Insurance Due Diligence reports and client proposals. Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Project Managers with M&A insurance advisory in the delivery of due diligence projects
•Work with Private Equity, Corporate clients and their advisors on insurance related issues associated with the transaction
•Coordinate with Aon colleagues to provide technical insurance input on insurance coverage (existing and recommended program design), claims history, and review of key contractual agreements to develop Insurance Due Diligence reports
•Assist with the development and delivery of new client proposals, presentations and due diligence reports
•Develop and build relationships in the M&A community through the delivery of projects

Key Requirements

•Insurance broking and/or underwriting experience servicing corporate or infrastructure portfolios
•Project management and/or time management skills to prioritise deadlines
•Experience reviewing insurance requirements within contractual agreements
•Strong communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and report writing
•Solid insurance technical knowledge across a broad range of general insurance classes
