Key Responsibilities

  • •Use people metrics (like turnover rates or engagement scores) to identify trends and suggest solutions.
  • •Navigate international employment by managing our Employer of Record (EOR) platforms to support our distributed workforce across Africa, while handling direct operations in India.
  • •Design and execute culture and engagement initiatives that maintain our high-performance, inclusive environment across remote and hybrid global teams.
  • •Serve as a trusted confidant and advisor to handle sensitive employee relations matters, mediate conflicts, and guide managers with progressive, empathetic HR practices.
  • •Identify skill gaps and facilitate learning and development programs, performance review cycles, and continuous feedback loops to help our talent grow.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles, primarily functioning as a strong Individual Contributor.
  • •Deep understanding of local labour laws and compliance in India, with a working knowledge of (or experience managing through EORs in) various African countries.
  • •Proven ability to manage HR administration flawlessly—you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a high-volume environment.
  • •Strong tech-savviness with a track record of setting up, administering, and automating workflows within modern HRMS platforms.
  • •Excellent conflict resolution and coaching skills, with a progressive approach to performance management and employee relations.
