Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a variety of production machines and perform routine operations to produce blades and/or vanes.
  • •Perform daily standard work and execute complex operations while adhering to standard work and work instructions.
  • •Read and interpret process sheets and gauges; deburr and clean parts; change setups; document check-sheet information; and run equipment per standard work.
  • •Clock labor in Solumina and perform daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM), documenting results.
  • •Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness (5S) and frequently move along the machine line to operate manufacturing equipment.
