Support the Unit Manager to ensure safe, positive client experiences by mitigating clinical risks and coordinating care delivery. Provide direct patient care while empowering the unit through mentorship of new and student nurses. Take ownership of patient care quality, client experience, and effective staffing resource utilisation, including retention and development. Assist with operational expenses management, including stock and capital.
