Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage receiving of large-volume shipments of IT equipment and support pre-staging activities.
  • •Maintain manual and automated inventory records for requisitioning, receiving, and storing equipment.
  • •Plan and manage storage locations; pull and stage equipment in a timely way to meet scheduled shipments.
  • •Inspect shipments, report supply/shipping shortages, and interpret/prepare supply and transportation documentation.
  • •Assist with equipment disposal per federal guidelines (may include erasing hard drives) and help track physical inventory transfers between agencies/sites.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 47,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma with 0-2 years of experience.
  • •Ability to stand/walk for long periods, and manipulate/carry packaging, devices, and tools for carrying out duties.
  • •Ability to regularly carry up to 50 pounds.
  • •Ability to read small print on shipping documentation.
  • •Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) and basic physical IT equipment (laptops, printers, webcams, scanners).
