Wide Format Service Engineer

Install, service, and repair Canon wide format printers while following standard call procedures and maintaining quality standards. Work on first-line troubleshooting to identify root causes, meeting service level agreements with high first-time fix and low recall rates. Communicate with customers and internal teams, record activities per guidelines, and provide customer product instruction and training. Support technical escalations when needed and contribute to improving maintenance and repair practices.
