Key Responsibilities

  • •Set product design vision and strategy for the full application experience, from developer onboarding to enterprise-grade agent orchestration.
  • •Define AI design standards for agentic UX, including trust and transparency, human-in-the-loop controls, explainability of relevance/ranking, and handling non-deterministic states.
  • •Run the Satellite design system as a product—own roadmap, governance, contribution model, adoption metrics, accessibility, and evolution to AI-native primitives.
  • •Lead and develop a technical design organization (product designers, design engineers, UX researchers, and content designers), including hiring and coaching design leadership.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM at the executive level and uphold the quality bar for usability and performance across core search experiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 305,000 - 345,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in product design, including 6+ years leading design organizations (managers of managers) at B2B SaaS or developer-platform companies.
  • •Demonstrated AI-native design leadership, having shipped AI/ML-powered conversational, agentic, or generative product experiences.
  • •Technical depth in front-end fundamentals (React, component architecture, design tokens) and comfort with APIs and LLM behaviors (latency, hallucination, non-determinism).
  • •Proven ownership of complex technical application experiences serving developer and business audiences.
  • •Hands-on experience building or scaling a design system with real cross-org adoption, roadmap governance, and metrics.
