  • •Maintain comprehensive logs of repairs, status updates, and completion dates, submitting detailed weekly reports to the Facilities Manager.
  • •Manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment, procuring necessary materials with Facilities Manager approval.
  • •Deliver technical expertise, guidance, and training/evaluation support to ensure adherence to maintenance standards and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10–15 years of substantial Facilities Management experience.
  • •Experience managing, operating, and maintaining educational facilities (schools, universities, campuses) and their infrastructure.
  • •Ability to prioritize repair requests and maintain schedule adherence, budget management, and issue escalation.
  • •Experience maintaining comprehensive repair logs and submitting weekly status/completion reports.
