Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
  • •Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices while maintaining platform integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • •8+ years of hands-on experience developing and administering the ServiceNow platform.
  • •Proven track record delivering ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
  • •Certified for ServiceNow levels (CSA/CAS plus CIS/CAD requirements as specified by level).
  • •Strong technical skills in ServiceNow architecture and data model with the ability to work independently on multiple priorities.
