Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own battery models at the core of the platform, deployed in live customer pipelines to drive engineering decisions.
  • •Partner with customers to understand their hardest technical challenges and develop platform capabilities that close the gap.
  • •Build domain-knowledge infrastructure to make agentic features scientifically credible for demanding customers.
  • •Bring battery validation workflows into the platform and translate them into production capabilities with measurable customer impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Battery engineering background with an MS, PhD, or equivalent depth in battery science or electrochemistry.
  • •Modeling fluency in physics-based modeling and/or data-driven methods (e.g., classical ML, Bayesian methods, Gaussian processes).
  • •Working knowledge across modeling approaches and intuition for which techniques fit which problems.
  • •Fluency in Python.
  • •Experience using AI coding tools as a primary workflow, with examples of applying AI to battery testing and validation.
