Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general maintenance and repairs on facility systems including HVAC support, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, fixtures, flooring, and structural components.
  • •Assist with preventive maintenance and routine inspections of buildings, residential units, and common areas.
  • •Respond to maintenance work orders and urgent equipment failures in a 24/7 environment.
  • •Support fire safety systems and emergency lighting/backup power systems and related facility infrastructure.
  • •Conduct walkthroughs to identify safety/maintenance issues, maintain cleanliness in mechanical/storage areas, and report hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Minimum 1–3 years of experience in general maintenance, building operations, construction, or facilities support preferred.
  • •Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building repair techniques.
  • •Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
