Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • •Support safe, efficient store operations through stockroom standards and process adherence
