Build trusted relationships with retail banking customers by engaging in-person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, collect account information, recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to goals, and deliver an optimal client experience through accurate transaction processing and service requests. Proactively educate customers on digital and self-service products using a digital-first mindset while partnering with branch teams to serve customers operationally with excellence.
