Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complex CADD assignments and coordinate CADD drawing production in support of the CADD manager.
  • •Carry out advanced CADD scale and edit assignments using computer-aided design and drafting equipment and graphics software to meet set results and deadlines.
  • •Digitize or trace sketches or concepts from designers using CADD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
  • •Apply judgment using general understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.
  • •Support BMS design and support services that complement and enhance Mechanical and Electrical design activities.

Key Requirements

  • •HNC level related engineering mechanical qualification or a degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
  • •Good BMS systems knowledge (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Niagara) gained through industry work for a BIM/Control systems manufacturer, contractor, specialist systems integrator, or similar consultancy role.
  • •Chartership or working towards.
  • •Ability to perform complex CADD assignments and coordinate drawing production in support of the CADD manager.
  • •Experience digitizing or tracing sketches/concepts into CADD models using tools such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
