Senior Software Architect

Lead the technical direction of a video management system (VMS) as AI capabilities are expanded across the platform. Own the architectural roadmap, translate requirements into scalable designs, and evaluate trade-offs with product and security leaders. Build and maintain large-scale backend and client systems with strong non-functional requirements, while establishing observability (metrics, logs, distributed tracing). Provide technical guidance through code reviews and mentoring.
