Lead the AP Compliance effort for AllianzGI’s Japan operating entity, ensuring local regulatory compliance and alignment with global policies. Manage the Japan compliance team, develop regulatory manuals and procedures, and implement a local compliance program including Code of Ethics monitoring, training, and testing. Monitor regulatory changes, advise business stakeholders and the Head of Japan, prepare board-level compliance reporting, and oversee regulatory examinations, while identifying automation opportunities with IT teams.
