Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and functional leadership across the cluster, driving operational excellence through leadership, communication, innovation, and robust processes.
  • •Lead day-to-day operational management of the base school and act as senior operational lead for the cluster to ensure consistency, standardization, and alignment with Aldar Education priorities and quality standards.
  • •Drive financial and operational performance by optimizing Opex and Capex, resources, cost efficiencies, and return on investment; manage budgets and expenditure and support tender processes and procurement evaluations.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including effective management and closure of audit and inspection findings; lead operational investigations after incidents for process and policy improvement.
  • •Lead operations administration and support services across the cluster, develop operational teams via recruitment and performance management, and champion health, safety, sustainability, and operational risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors (BSc) in a business-related subject and NEBOSH; or a related graduate-level industry qualification for the assigned functional area(s).
  • •At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level position within an education or service-oriented industry.
  • •Fluent English communication skills, written and oral.
  • •Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and the ability to execute timely under pressure.
  • •AI and digital literacy to leverage emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
