Job Summary

Maintain and repair heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts at a rental facility, using real-time tech and diagnostic tools to create work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and quickly determine root causes. Work Monday–Friday with overtime and potential on-call scheduling, and support safe, high-quality documentation. You’ll also assist with training lower-level technicians while handling complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, assign, and monitor work orders using company technology, and track machine service intervals.
•Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
•Use data and real-time information to diagnose issues and determine root causes and corrective actions.
•Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders).
•Assist with training lower-level technicians and support pick-up/delivery of equipment and parts as needed.
