Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, operations, or workflow platforms.
  • •Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features (LLMs, agents, RAG, personalization) with clear metric improvements.
  • •Experience designing and launching operational or care-team-facing workflow products (scheduling, staffing, logistics).
  • •Comfort building complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features in regulated environments.
