•Develop and oversee area strategy and execution for all initiatives with new and existing specialty coffee customers.
•Support Kerry aligned sales team to drive innovation, trends and market insights with key emerging coffee chains.
•Build C-suite relationships with identified top specialty distributor customers, along with aligned sales regions.
•Develop promotional strategies with specialty beverage distributors for innovation launches to drive operator trial and awareness.
•Collaborate with the RBM peer group on the creation and execution of annual AOP account plans.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 7 years (or equivalent) customer experience leading, managing, and executing in the specialty coffee segment, with a proven track record of exceeding annual sales and profit targets.
•Results orientation toward top-line volume and profit growth, combined with the ability to execute strategic and tactical plans.
•Proven track record of success with selling value-added food and beverage products through specialty distribution channels and operator segments.
•Strong foundational understanding of the food service industry, with a track record of driving results through emerging coffee chains and distribution channels.
•Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans.
