Job Summary

Own end-to-end hiring for technical and business roles, partnering with People Operations Lead and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire great talent. Build diverse candidate pipelines using sourcing strategies (including LinkedIn Recruiter), screen and evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide structured hiring decisions through offers and acceptance. Also manage recruiting operations in an ATS and track key recruiting metrics to improve process efficiency and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance for technical and non-technical roles.
•Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, interview processes, scorecards, and candidate profiles.
•Develop sourcing strategies and source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other channels.
•Coordinate interviews, facilitate debriefs, and guide structured hiring decisions through offers and negotiations.
•Run recruiting operations in the ATS by maintaining candidate records and monitoring recruiting metrics.

Key Requirements

•4-7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or startup environments.
•Proven success recruiting technical roles (Software Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Data) and business functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, People Operations).
•Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound recruiting tools.
•Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and executive leaders.
•Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
