Key Responsibilities

•Own delivery of large-scale, complex technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders; shape delivery strategy, operating models, and value realization approaches while acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
•Lead large, multi-team programs, often across product, engineering, and business domains, ensuring alignment between client strategy, technical execution, and business outcomes; mentor senior consultants and contribute to account growth.
•Proactively identify opportunities to expand scope, deepen client relationships, and support account growth while representing Mastercard through delivery excellence and thought leadership.
•Build, lead, and sustain high-performing, multi-disciplinary delivery teams; mentor and develop consultants; set delivery standards, governance models, and delivery discipline.
•Partner effectively with product, engineering, design, and business teams; influence senior internal leaders and contribute to the development of delivery playbooks, frameworks, and intellectual property

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree
•+8 years of work experience leading IT/software development projects or programs
•A recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
•Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects and/or engagements with third parties
•In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and their application; ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment
