Key Responsibilities

•Meet sales and service goals by engaging in bank sales processes, profiling customers, building relationships, using sales and customer service software, and participating in sales campaigns with follow-ups by phone or email.
•Accurately open, close, and maintain customer accounts according to policies and procedures.
•Advise new and existing customers using knowledge of bank products and services, including learning more complex retail products such as IRAs and loans.
•Use cross-training as a teller to handle basic transactions (cash checks, process deposits and withdrawals) and balance the drawer as needed.
•Maintain operational accuracy and compliance by following internal and legislated regulations and completing required annual training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) plus related experience (1 year for Level 1; 2 years for Level 2; 3+ years for Level 3), including banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming the role and meet bank training requirements.
•Must work onsite to perform responsibilities of this position.
•Level 3 requires successfully completing the Universal (Relationship) Banker Cross Training Development Plan curriculum (or equivalent experience).
•Demonstrate knowledge of banking basics (check processing, credits and debits) and an ability to follow bank rules and regulations with operational accuracy.
