Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive personal and financial wealth profiles and design goals-based wealth plans integrating investment management, banking, wealth transfer, and tax efficiency.
  • •Collaborate with local teams (Portfolio Managers, Trust Advisors, Banking Advisors, and other professionals) to support implementation of client wealth plans.
  • •Provide periodic review and revision of client wealth plans upon request in response to material changes in client circumstances.
  • •Assist in the sales process and identify opportunities to expand client relationships via introduction of new products and services.
  • •Mentor Wealth Advisors and Wealth Advisor Associates, and contribute to wealth planning resources, solutions, and marketing thought leadership presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of wealth planning experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families in a comprehensive capacity.
  • •Expert knowledge of wealth transfer planning, taxation, estate planning solutions, and wealth management products/services.
  • •Advanced educational and professional designations such as CFP, JD, MBA or similar qualifications.
  • •Broad technical and analytical skills across wealth planning, wealth transfer, tax, philanthropy, fiduciary practice, and asset location/preservation.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive consultative orientation.
