Job Summary

Coordinate the strategic and operational success of the OneCard telesales team, driving consistent and sustainable growth in new sales. Translate business and leadership goals into team work plans, lead sales strategy execution, and support strategic selling and negotiation. Supervise team activities, mentor and develop long-term individual plans, and analyze sales KPIs to propose actionable improvements while ensuring ethical sales practices.

•Translate leadership and business objectives into work plans for the telesales area.
•Design sales and business strategies to achieve local and regional goals.
•Guide commercial strategies and work plans for the sales team.
•Support the team in strategic selling and negotiation processes.
•Supervise team activities, provide feedback and mentorship, and analyze sales KPIs to propose improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Management, Marketing, or a similar field.
•Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years leading or coordinating teams.
•Proven track record designing and coordinating sales plans for SMEs.
•Knowledge in areas such as HR, purchasing, and/or finance.
•Strong command of CRM software and MS Office.
