Principal Engagement Executive

Lead customer engagements for strategic Adobe accounts across the Americas, serving as the primary executive liaison in a billable delivery capacity. Manage project fulfillment from Sales-to-Delivery transition through closeout, ensure customer requirements translate into measurable value, and oversee customer health and intervention. Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to align customer success plans, drive renewals and expansions, and execute revenue management, forecasts, and operational rigor.
