Key Responsibilities

•Execute day-to-day shipping and receiving for Bengaluru, including arranging pickups, courier bookings, freight movements, and deliveries.
•Provide centralized shipping coordination and documentation support for Pune and Chennai, including confirming receipt, quantities, serial numbers, and asset handover.
•Track shipments from pickup through final delivery and ensure receiving confirmations, proof of delivery, and documentation are completed for operational closure.
•Perform timely inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records in NetSuite and other systems, reconciling discrepancies and supporting cycle counts.
•Coordinate cross-functionally with facilities, finance, procurement, IT, and Global Trade Compliance to support hardware movement, asset assignments, and import/export/SEZ documentation requirements.
