Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage AWS partnership relationship including alignment across compliance, incentives, funding programs, and joint GTM initiatives
•Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Partner Operations to execute co-sell motions and strengthen ecosystem presence
•Develop and track joint business plans, KPIs, and partner scorecards to measure health and progression
•Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment and communicate progress to leadership
•Represent Modus Create at partner councils, summits, and ecosystem events to drive revenue and strategic priority

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development within the software or technology industry
•Ownership of partner GTM co-sell motions, migration initiatives, or strategic alignment plays
•Strong understanding of partner programs, incentives, funding models, and co-sell processes
•Experience developing and executing joint business plans and go-to-market strategies
•Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, delivery, and operations teams
