Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the fabrication area to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost objectives and metrics.
  • •Coordinate production planning review and daily production execution, reporting production daily results.
  • •Resolve safety, quality, and manufacturing situations by leveraging resources to meet customer demands.
  • •Provide training, implement continuous improvement programs, and apply Eaton Business Systems and problem-solving tools (ELSS, OPA, 5S+).
  • •Coordinate employee HR-related actions (attendance, punctuality, overtime, vacations, permissions) and support workforce selection and actions with HR.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in an engineering field (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related).
  • •3 to 5 years of experience in a related manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • •Strong knowledge of fabrication processes including stamping, die cut, punching, and simple/progressive stamping presses.
  • •Experience in Operations, Lean, and Continuous Improvement, with analytical capability using problem-solving tools such as ELSS, 8D, and PDCA.
