Job Summary

Strategically engage with senior executives to define and articulate value from Atlassian solutions, build cross-functional, multi-industry value engagements, and lead high-impact value propositions and business cases. Drive customer success through executive storytelling, financial analysis, and innovative value management practices, while mentoring teams and contributing to new VMO offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with senior customer executives to develop a deep understanding of customer organizations, business processes, and strategic objectives; build influential relationships with key decision-makers to shape decision-making and drive customer success.
•Develop comprehensive business cases and financial models to articulate value to customers and stakeholders, and define metrics to support adoption and realization of value.
•Synthesize complex data to uncover root causes and develop holistic, innovative solutions, demonstrating advanced discovery skills to identify value drivers.
•Produce high-caliber executive storytelling and presentations; deliver concise content and visuals to amplify business cases and proposals; handle objections and drive alignment with C-level executives.
•Mentor and coach junior team members, foster collaboration, and contribute to the design and evolution of value management infrastructure and practice operating model.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in value consulting, management consulting / strategy consulting, quantitative research and analysis, with exposure to cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives
•Prior experience in consulting, value consulting, or in relevant roles within Government & Public entities
•Extensive experience in value management and proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional engagements across a broad range of customer industries
•Mastery in financial modeling, business case development, and value articulation at the customer executive level
•Exceptional communication, executive storytelling, presentation and stakeholder management skills
