Job Summary

Conduct performance testing for HVAC-related products and components in a development laboratory. Execute test tasks independently according to standards and methods, troubleshoot issues encountered during testing, and ensure timely delivery of test activities. Manage, build, upgrade, diagnose faults in, and repair test equipment and calibration work with guidance from more experienced lab personnel, collaborating with lab teams to support sample modifications and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure personal and workplace safety for yourself and others in the work area.
•Independently complete assigned test tasks.
•With guidance, assist in developing test procedures and calibrate test equipment.
•Manage and maintain test equipment (build, upgrade, fault diagnosis, and necessary repairs) and troubleshoot test auxiliary equipment and instruments.
•Participate in improvements and innovation activities, and support training for other test personnel.

Key Requirements

•College diploma or above in refrigeration, electrical, automation, computer, or mechanical-related majors.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT.
•Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
•Hold an electrician operation certificate; welding experience is preferred.
•Knowledge of electrical and mechanical concepts to support testing work.
