Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, execution, and high-quality shipping.
  • •Define how enterprise teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across sites and channels, including localization and publishing workflows.
  • •Design surfaces that work for both marketing teams and AI agents querying structured content, with appropriate controls, transparency, and trust signals.
  • •Hold a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces while making individual flows feel simple and obvious.
  • •Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers upstream to align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • •7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating recent work on complex, ambiguous problems.
  • •Experience designing content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences.
  • •Systems thinking at scale for interconnected surfaces where decisions ripple across others.
  • •Comfort engaging with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture.
