Quality Control Supervisor

Lead and develop a team of quality inspectors on the second shift, driving consistent product quality through GD&T, APQP, and data-driven decision making. Train staff, create and maintain SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of defect-free aerospace/defense products.
