Job Summary

Perform hands-on non-destructive examination (NDE) inspections on in-process materials using industry-recognized testing methods. Ensure products meet quality standards, maintain NDE documentation and compliance records, and support a safe, efficient inspection facility. Start on 1st shift for the first 2–3 years, then transition to 2nd or 3rd shift, while collaborating with operations, suppliers, and customers and contributing to audits and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and visual inspections on in-process materials.
•Ensure products meet quality standards using industry-recognized testing methods.
•Collaborate with operations, suppliers, and customers to maintain high-quality outcomes.
•Support and maintain NDE documentation, certifications, and compliance records.
•Help keep the NDE facility organized, safe, and efficient, including participating in audits and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Degree, diploma, certificate, or coursework in a related technical field (manufacturing, engineering, industrial technology) or equivalent hands-on experience.

•Strong interest in manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance.
•Detail-oriented, eager to learn technical processes, and able to communicate clearly while working well with others.
