Key Responsibilities

•Own the Voice product line end-to-end, including roadmap, PRDs, delivery, and revenue.
•Drive telephony and contact-center integrations (SIP/PSTN, Twilio, LiveKit, Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect, and more).
•Make voice-specific product decisions around latency budgets, barge-in behavior, STT/TTS quality, conversation state, and handoff to human agents.
•Engage directly with enterprise customers to extract requirements and translate them into tight specs for engineering.
•Partner with GTM to drive Voice adoption and revenue while prioritizing tradeoffs across a multi-modal platform.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on voice or telephony products.
•Experience shipping real-time voice systems and understanding constraints like streaming ASR, TTS latency, endpointing, and VAD.
•Hands-on work with telephony platforms such as Twilio, LiveKit, Vonage, and strong plus from contact-center platforms like Genesys, Five9, NICE, or Amazon Connect.
•Ability to extract requirements from messy customer conversations and translate them into PRDs.
•Strong communication across technical and enterprise stakeholders, with a problem-solving mindset beyond KPI tracking.
